Can I change or cancel my order?

Once your order is placed, it’s like eating your favorite trail snack—you can’t really take it back! Generally, we can’t make changes or cancel orders after they’ve been submitted.

But if you catch us early—like, before we’ve devoured our own trail snacks—we’ll do our best to help! Reach out fast, and we’ll see what we can do.

What is your Shipping Policy?

We’re fast on the trail and even faster with shipping! Orders usually ship within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your package hits the trail, you’ll get a tracking number to keep tabs on its journey to you.

Currently, we only ship within the USA—so no international adventures just yet.

Expect your order to arrive in 3-10 business days after placing your order - depending on where you are.

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

Our standard dispatch time is 2-5 business days, but sometimes the trail gets a little rocky! Once your order’s packed up and ready, you’ll get a notification with shipping and tracking info so you can follow its adventure.

If things take a bit longer (maybe our packing team had one too many trail snacks), we’ll keep you posted. But don’t worry, your gear will be on its way soon enough!

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return/exchange policy?

We’ve got your back (literally, with our shirts) for 30 days after purchase! If something goes wrong during that time, you can return it for a refund or exchange—no questions asked (okay, maybe a few friendly ones).

Here’s the fine print:

  • Items must come from summitsoul.co (because, obviously).
  • They need to be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached (basically, not trail-tested yet).

If you send us a well-loved shirt that’s already been on a few adventures, you might get a partial refund as store credit. Hey, fair’s fair!

Oops, Wrong Size?

No worries—it happens to the best of us! Just email us at summitsoulbrand@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll help you exchange it for the right size. Adventure-ready gear, guaranteed!

What if my product has an issue?

Oh no! We’re sorry your shirt didn’t summit perfection. Here’s what to do:

  1. Snap a pic: Take clear photos of the issue—whether it’s a misprint, damage, or a defect.
  2. Reach out: Email us at summitsoulbrand@gmail.com with your photos and order number.
  3. Let us fix it: Once approved, we’ll replace the item or process a refund faster than you can say, “Trail-ready again!”

How do I make a return/exchange?

It’s easy—like finding the trailhead on a sunny day! Just follow these steps:

  1. Pack it up: Make sure the item is unworn and in its original condition.
  2. Reach out: Email us at summitsoulbrand@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return/exchange.
  3. Follow the guide: We’ll send you detailed instructions (no compass needed).

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process the exchange or refund faster than you can say, “Where’s my trail mix?”

Refund & Replacement processing time

Refunds: If your shirt’s got a misprint, damage, or defect, no worries—we’ve got your back! Once we approve the claim, we’ll process your refund faster than Aiko can chase a squirrel, and it’ll be back in your original payment method within 10 business days - usually a lot faster.

Replacement: Our standard dispatch time is 2-7 business days—that’s how long it takes us to get it packed up and ready to go, plus shipping time. For more info, check out our shipping policy (it’s as clear as a trail map).

Now, we all know banks and credit card companies can be a little slow—so don’t panic if it takes them a bit longer to post the refund!

Is that smell or discoloration normal?

Yep, your shirt might have a slight “vinegar-like” scent when it first arrives. No, it’s not from a hike snack gone wrong! It’s just the direct-to-garment printing process doing its thing. Don’t worry, though—the scent will vanish after your first wash, just like that trail dust you’ve been carrying around.

As for any discoloration or off-white residue, it’s no biggie! It’s just the water-soluble ink doing its job, and it’ll wash right out, leaving your shirt looking fresh and trail-ready.
