YARN-SPINNING
The majority of our cotton is purchased in the U.S. It is then shipped in large bales to one of our yarn-spinning facilities. The fibers come together to form a carpet of cotton that is pulled into one large strand, ready to become yarn.

SEWING
Highly-skilled workers assemble cut parts and turn them into different types of apparel. Every step is carefully monitored, and every garment gets a quality control check by one of our in-house inspectors.

DISTRIBUTION
Once sewn and checked for quality, our clothes get wrapped, packaged, and transported to one of our distribution centres globally. From there, we ship out our products in bulk to our customers worldwide.

Of course, the design was exactly as I expected as the pictures online really leave no room for guessing (or hoping that it's something different than advertised). The shirt quality itself was a welcome surprise. As far as 100% cotton shirts go, Gildan softstyle shirts have been my favorite for several years; I was extremely happy to see that this is what I got when I opened the package. This shirt feels nice, fits perfectly, and has enough length to either wear it tucked or untucked. I will most definitely be on the lookout for cool new designs in the future. -Charles
I love my new shirt. The graphics are bright and the shirt is very well made. I've worn it hiking a couple times already and it's breathable and super comfortable. I love that it's sustainably made too :)
The fabric is soft but substantial. The sleeves hit just right - not too tight on my bigger arms, and they come down far enough to not wad up and chafe when hiking. The cut and length are fitted but not too tight. I sound like Goldilocks, but this shirt hits that sweet spot of design. The best part is the graphic! I hike with my dogs and get so many compliments. Everyone smiles and loves it!
